P.E. News

For Physical Education class, Mrs. Cummings would like you to send in any pictures of your family or individual child doing any type of physical activity. Some examples could be a picture of your family on a hike, skiing together, playing Wii together, or an individual picture of your child doing some type of physical activity. These will be displayed on a "Family Fitness" bulletin board in the cafeteria and will be returned within a month or two.

Thanks! Also, although it is a few months away, we would like to encourage everyone to be thinking of supporting our HEART HEROES here at CSE and the American Heart Association. Our kickoff for Jump Rope for Heart will be Feb. 5-9, and we would love to make this the best year yet here at CSE!

County-Wide Competition Alert!

Putnam County Schools are partnering with local food banks to do a county-wide food drive to help those in need. Our donations will go to the food bank at Forest Burdette Church, and benefit many of our own students. Please help by donating canned food or non-perishable foods throughout the months of December and January. We will have a big donation barrel outside of the school office, and students who donate can write their name on our sign. Thanks for your help!

They are tallying up each elementary school’s collections to declare a winner, and we would love to win this competition!
